Rush Service

For those customers who want to get their product quicker, we have a Rush Service and also a Rapid Rush Service available. The service fee for Rush service is $35 for Bat Services and $45 for purchased Bats per order. The Rapid Rush is available on bat services only and is $60. These charge are on top of the shipping charge

Shaved or Rolled Bat Orders
Any order placed AFTER 12pm EST with the Rush service, will NOT be processed until the next business day. Business Hours are Monday-Friday (Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
Rolled Bat- 1 Day Rush Service
Shaved Bat- 2 day Rush Service

Example: Rolled Bat is ordered before 12pm EST on a Monday with Rush Service. Your bat will be Rolled on Tuesday with the bat shipping on Tuesday 1 day turnaround.

Example: Shaved Bat is ordered before 12pm EST on a Monday with Rush Service. Your bat will be Shaved on Tuesday with the bat shipping on Wednesday 2 day turnaround.

Rush Service
Example: Bat is received for Shaving before 3pm EST on a Monday with Rush Service. Your bat will be Shaved on Tuesday with the bat shipping on Wednesday 2 day turnaround.

Rapid Rush (Same Day)
Example: Bat is received for Shaving before 12pm EST on Monday with Rapid Rush Service. Your bat will be Shaved on Monday and it will ship on Monday.

If for any reason we are not able to meet the service guarantee, we will refund your rush Service purchase, but still get your bat out ASAP.
