How to Send Your Bat

Sending your bat is simple and secure. Follow the steps below to ensure your bat arrives safely and can be processed without delay.

Step-by-Step Shipping Instructions

  1. Complete Your Service Order
Place your Bat Rolling or Bat Shaving service order online before shipping your bat. An email will be automatically sent right after purchase with address.
  2. Package Your Bat Securely
Use a sturdy box long enough to fully protect the bat, make sure to secure ends of box. Wrap the barrel and handle with bubble wrap or packing to prevent movement during transit.
  3. Include Your Order Information
Inside the box, include a note with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Brief description of the service ordered
  4. Ship Using Your Preferred Carrier
We prefer UPS, but you may also ship via USPS or FedEx.

Shipping Address

Address is automatically emailed to you after purchase.

We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance for your shipment.

What Happens When We Receive Your Bat

  1. Your bat is logged in and matched to your order
  2. We inspect the bat and evaluate compression
  3. The requested service is performed — or declined if inappropriate
  4. Your bat is prepared for return shipment with documentation and guidance

No surprises. No hidden steps.
