Free Shipping on Orders of $150 or More

Big Dawg Bats offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders of $150 or more shipped within the contiguous 48 United States.

Orders under $150 are subject to shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, regardless of order value.

Order Processing Times

Stock Bats — 1 Business Day

Stock baseball and softball bats purchased without additional services are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Precision MAX Break-In, Bat Shaving, Ring Removal & Other Services

Orders requiring bat rolling, shaving, ring removal, or other performance services generally require 3–5 business days of processing before shipment.

Expedited processing options may be available during checkout.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We primarily use UPS Ground for standard domestic shipments.

Domestic ground shipping generally takes approximately 1–5 business days in transit, depending on the destination and carrier service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information is provided once an order ships.

Alaska & Hawaii

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.

Applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout, regardless of order value.

Canada

We offer shipping to Canada through UPS Standard.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, or brokerage fees not collected at checkout.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to Canadian orders.

International Shipping

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. Shipping to other countries is unavailable.
