Description
2026 Marucci Cypher V2 Fiana Finau: One-Piece 240 NTS Loaded Feel
The 2026 Marucci Cypher V2 Fiana Finau (MSPCR1LUFF) uses a 12.75-inch composite barrel, a loaded swing and one-piece construction. It shares a family name with the BH model, but the Finau has a longer barrel and a high-flex handle rather than the BH's more compact, mid-stiff configuration. Those distinctions are important when the hitter is deciding whether to prioritize a concentrated barrel, a longer hitting area or a specific handle sensation.
X1B High-Flex Composite Barrel
Marucci's X1B Barrel Technology uses a high-flex composite layup designed for a responsive impact area. The 12.75-inch barrel is a middle ground between a short 12.25-inch option and a longer 13-inch model. The extra surface may help a hitter who occasionally makes contact toward the edge of the preferred area, although the quality and timing of contact remain much more important than the barrel's advertised responsiveness.
How MST Tunes One-Piece Flex
The Modulated Stiffness Technology system tunes different regions of the frame so that a one-piece bat need not be uniformly rigid. On the Finau model, Marucci pairs that approach with a high-flex handle. Hitters who want the direct feedback of a single frame but prefer some flex through the swing may appreciate the design. Players seeking a firmer feel should compare the BH configuration or other one-piece bats.
Who Should Swing the Fiana Finau?
The 34-inch model is available in nominal 25-, 26- and 27-ounce weights. Loaded balance can reward strong, repeatable swings but requires the ability to adjust the barrel on pitches inside. Choose a weight that stays manageable over multiple games rather than assuming a heavier bat is automatically more powerful. Browse other 240 NTS slowpitch bats or see our slowpitch softball selection for alternative barrel lengths and swing profiles. Our bat compression guide explains stiffness readings without mistaking them for guarantees of on-field distance.
