Description
2026 Rawlings Icon Fest Tan -3 BBCOR: Balanced Feel With Slight Barrel Emphasis
The 2026 Rawlings Icon Fest Tan BBCOR -3 (RBB6IFT3) combines the Icon's two-piece composite platform with a limited-edition tan, festival-inspired finish. Unlike the youth Icon Fest, this is a 2⅝-inch BBCOR baseball bat in a heavier -3 configuration. It is aimed at hitters who already control the standard BBCOR weight range and want the distinct combination of a responsive composite barrel and a reinforced connection feel.
In/Tense Carbon and Tuned Balance Performance
Rawlings uses a seamless In/Tense Carbon Composite barrel and Tuned Balance Performance weighting. Its balance is described as slightly end-loaded, giving the barrel some presence without treating the bat as an extreme power-only design. That distinction matters for hitters comparing different BBCOR composites. A larger effective hitting area does not make every swing a hard-hit ball; timing and the quality of contact still control the result.
Zero Loss Collar and RevGrip
The Zero Loss Collar is designed to maintain a sturdy relationship between the handle and barrel, while RevGrip provides cushioning and traction. This two-piece construction creates a different impact sensation than a one-piece alloy bat or the one-piece Icon The Chosen One. A hitter who likes connected composite response may appreciate it, but handle preference should be judged through actual swings rather than inferred from marketing labels.
Who Should Swing This -3 Icon Fest?
The available 32-, 33- and 34-inch lengths correspond to nominal 29-, 30- and 31-ounce weights. Because each extra inch changes swing inertia, a stronger hitter should still confirm the barrel arrives on time to inside velocity before choosing the longest option. Explore our BBCOR baseball bats or broader baseball bat collection to compare other constructions. Its factory BBCOR markings apply only to the unmodified bat and do not remove the need to check event rules.
Modification Notice
Factory certification and markings apply only to an unmodified bat. Shaved or rolled bats have NO WARRANTY and cannot be used in any sanctioned event. Modified bats must not be represented as retaining the original certification or manufacturer warranty; customers must follow their league and event rules.
