Description
The 2026 Rawlings Icon The Chosen ONE -3 BBCOR Baseball Bat (RBB6IONE3) features composite with end-weighted swing construction with In/Tense carbon barrel and Zero Loss collar. The -3 length-to-weight ratio defines its nominal weight category, while barrel construction and swing balance help determine how the bat feels in a hitter's hands.
Barrel Technology and Construction
The Chosen ONE emphasizes a more barrel-heavy feel than the standard balanced Icon; its black, red and gold finish is a distinguishing appearance.
The supplier identifies In/Tense carbon barrel and Zero Loss collar as a key design feature. Composite materials and connection designs are intended to influence response and feel at impact; they do not guarantee a particular distance gain or exit velocity without actual testing.
Weight, Balance and Player Fit
Listed sizes include 31/28 through 34/31 including 33.5/30.5. Players should select a weight they can accelerate consistently while keeping the barrel under control. Swing weighting can make two bats of the same nominal weight feel different, so balance matters alongside the stated drop.
