Boombah Pure WOC 14" Boom Endloaded Slowpitch Softball Bat: M4B0-6154

Boombah Pure WOC: longer 14-inch coverage

The Pure WOC M4B0-6154 is a two-piece, all-composite slowpitch bat with a 14-inch barrel and Boombah's half-ounce Boom Load. A longer barrel offers more length over which a hitter can make useful contact than a compact 12-inch design, although it does not make poor timing disappear. This model is worth comparing for players who value a broader hitting zone but still want some end-loaded momentum.

X25 barrel and BTG finish

The WOC uses X25 composite barrel technology, a textured BTG surface and incremental loading, according to the model-specific specifications. The surface finish is intended to influence contact friction; it should not be confused with a guaranteed change in ball flight. Boombah also pairs the barrel with a stiff Pro Handle, giving the two-piece layout a more connected sensation than a highly flexible handle might provide.

Two-piece feel without excessive softness

A vibration dampener at the barrel-to-handle connection is meant to take the edge off unpleasant feedback. That feature is valuable to hitters who see a lot of inside pitches or occasionally miss the center of the barrel. At the same time, the stiff Pro Handle is not marketed as a loose, whippy design. The result is a deliberate compromise between direct barrel feedback and some isolation at the junction.

Who should choose Boom Load

Boom Load denotes a 0.5-ounce end-loaded configuration, less extreme than Boombah's one-ounce Nuke Load. It suits hitters who want the head to carry through contact but do not want to sacrifice as much late-swing adjustability. The 14-inch barrel also changes how the bat feels when tracking the ball through the zone. Players who prefer short, concentrated barrels may find the WOC less precise in their hands.

Stocked weights and comparisons

The currently stocked 34-inch variants are 25, 26 and 27 ounces. Start with the 240 NTS slowpitch bats collection to compare other loading profiles, then consider the broader slowpitch catalog for different constructions. Selecting a weight should depend on maintaining barrel speed through a full game, not simply choosing the largest number available.

Technical evaluation before purchase

X25 is a named barrel platform, not a standalone measurement of actual performance. The article on how to compression test a bat explains why testing procedure and measurement position matter when comparing composite equipment. This is a stock bat listing; additional preparation and verification videos are not included. Factory markings describe only its original, unmodified configuration.
