The Prototype Mint is a two-piece loaded setup, which puts it firmly on the power-hitter side of the Anarchy lineup. The barrel should remain noticeable throughout the swing, while the two-piece construction keeps the handle feel from becoming excessively rigid. In other words, this is a bat you should buy for how it swings, not because the name or colorway looks good in the dugout.
How It Swings
The end-loaded profile puts more of the bat's presence toward the barrel. Once a strong hitter gets it moving, that extra barrel feel can help the bat carry through contact, but it also asks for more timing and hand speed than a balanced model. The two-piece construction helps smooth out feedback at contact, while the end load makes the barrel more noticeable through the zone. Stronger hitters tend to appreciate that combination most.

A two-piece build creates more separation between the handle and barrel than a one-piece bat.
