3D Ropecoil Composite Barrel

Easton's 3D Ropecoil Composite uses a patented composite rope wrapped vertically and 360 degrees around the center of the barrel near the sweet spot. The surrounding composite sections use optimized thicknesses toward the taper and end cap to extend the effective hitting area beyond the center of the barrel.

The -8 drop weight provides a middle ground between the lighter -10 and -11 options and the substantially heavier -5.

For developing hitters, the -8 can provide additional barrel mass without requiring the same strength and bat speed needed to control a -5. It is especially suited to players who have outgrown lighter drop weights and are beginning the progression toward heavier bats.

The key is maintaining control of the barrel through the hitting zone. A heavier bat can provide more mass through contact, but only when the hitter can continue generating sufficient bat speed.

ConneXion Max®

The ConneXion Max® system uses an elastomer connector to join the handle and barrel.

This two-piece construction is designed to reduce vibration reaching the hands while maintaining a connected feel between the barrel and handle. That can be especially noticeable on contact outside the center of the sweet spot.

Gen2 In2uitiv Feel™ Soft Knob
